"Team Takedown Wrestling" is moving back to Ephraim.  Weekly practices will be held at the Snow College West Campus Gym.  New owner, Spencer Dyches is excited to kick off the 2016-2017 season!!  The first practice & mandatory parent meeting will be held on Monday, October 3rd.

Coach Spencer Dyches lives in Ephraim with his wife Brittany.  They have 3 children: Cody (10), Kaden (6), and Carrington (3).  Spencer works for Norbest as the sales director for Nutri-mulch.  He loves sports, hunting (especially hunting with his hounds), and watching his kids in their activities.  Spencer is very passionate about wrestling where he loves to watch his athletes push themselves and achieve their goals.  He is looking forward to a great year!

Wrestlers need to come prepared in shorts and t-shirt and wrestling shoes/headgear (if you have them).  No street shoes allowed on wrestling mats.  At the parent meeting we will discuss expectations, tournaments, USA wrestling card, team gear, etc.  

This "Waiver of Liability Agreement"

MUST be filled out and brought to practice before your wrestler can participate in our program.
